PRANA SHAKTI: A Somatic Breath & Kriya Journey with Sara PT
Prana Shakti is a dynamic somatic and energetic workshop that weaves together tantric kriya, breathwork, sound vibration, and embodied movement practices to support the movement and release of energy within the body 🌀 Rooted in the understanding of the body as an intelligent and feeling system, this experience invites participants to move beyond rigid structure and reconnect with sensation, instinct, and embodied awareness. Through a combination of structured kriya techniques, conscious breath practices, somatic tools, and nonlinear movement, participants are guided to awaken vitality, release stored tension and emotional holding patterns, and create greater energetic flow throughout the system 🌊 Sound and subtle mantra are woven throughout the journey as vibrational tools to support the movement of prāṇa and deepen connection to the body and breath. As the practice unfolds, participants are encouraged to soften out of performance and into authentic expression, allowing the body to move intuitively rather than through force or choreography 🌿 Meditation and moments of stillness are integrated throughout the experience to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and integration, creating space to observe the body, breath, emotions, and energetic landscape with greater awareness and presence 💫 Prana Shakti is an invitation to reconnect with the body as a vessel for expression, release, vitality, transformation, and deeper embodied connection. 🧘♀️About Sara🧘♀️ Sara is an internationally certified yoga and embodiment teacher with over 1,000 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, specializing in somatic movement, kriya/pranayama, meditation, and tantric philosophy.
