Work Your Asana Off - Vinyasa - Yogis with Some Experience

The class starts off slowly layering two or three postures linked together by a Sun Salutation or Vinyasa to create a 'Ladder Flow'. The pace and intensity increase to progress to the peak pose of the class, linking breath and movement while building strength, poise, and confidence. It's a sweaty 90-minute session.
