Led once a month by Wendy, Kim and Josphyne, Elemental Soundscapes & Breathwork is an extended practice introducing transformative breathwork accompanied by an immersive musical journey. Reconnect with yourself in this powerful 90-minute session. Through a blend of conscious breathwork, light bodywork, and curated soundscapes delivered via silent headsets, you’ll be guided through an immersive journey designed to deepen self-awareness, and enhance personal transformation. Inspired by the elements—earth, air, fire, and water—you’ll explore breath-based practices to release tension, and create space for clarity and presence. Somatic responses, such as shifts in breath, physical sensations, or emotional expression, may naturally arise as part of the process. The session concludes with a short journaling activity to help you reflect and integrate your experience.
