Yin Yoga focuses on gentle, seated and reclined postures that are held for longer periods of time, ranging from 1 to 5 minutes. This 75-minute class is designed to tap into the deeper tissues of your body and the quieter realms of your mind. This practice encourages stillness and silent introspection, targeting your connective tissues, ligaments, and joints that normally aren't exercised as much in more active styles of physical yoga practice. Suitable for all levels. Beginner friendly.
