Active Insight Movement is a holistic movement concept made up of five interconnected components. It includes a warm-up to build awareness of self, body, space, and people; core and back training to stabilize the spine; inner child work with emotional release through dancing or jumping; team building and trust exercises; and ends with a relaxing massage practice. The session is donation-based. Bring comfortable clothes, paper & pen, and a water bottle. Fresh drinks available at the café. Please avoid eating right before the session.
