Beyond Breathwork
A guided breathwork experience to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with the body and inner guidance. This 2-hour Beyond Breathwork workshop is an immersive introduction to Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB); a continuous, rhythmic breathing technique that supports emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. The breath is used as a direct entry point into the body, allowing participants to move beyond the thinking mind and into felt experience. The session is held in a grounded, supportive container, with clear guidance and space for each person to work at their own depth. No previous breathwork experience is required.
