Ecstatic Dance is an internal experience, a substance-free, uplifting, and happy space of dance and free movement where participants can dance themselves free & let go. The event includes two sessions from 8:00 AM with options upstairs and downstairs studios, and the main Ecstatic Dance from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM featuring DJ Raio. There are strict etiquette rules including no phones, no talking, no photography, respect for personal boundaries, and a dress code.
