Hangab Ground Training

Hangab Ground Training is a 4-day training event on inversion therapy that combines gentle bodywork with gradual lifting in stages. It includes handling equipment, touch techniques, body positioning, sequences, and safety dos and don'ts. The method promotes physical and emotional release, relaxation, and balance restoration. The training runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily, with a break between sessions. It is the first module for full Practitioner Training at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali.
