Echoes of Stillness: Meditation & Sound Healing Experience with Innie

A weekly space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect. This session is centered on guided meditation and breath awareness, inviting the nervous system to soften and the mind to settle into presence. Sound healing is offered as a supportive layer, gently guiding the meditative state through Himalayan and crystal bowls, and harmonium. The intention is to offer a moment of pause: a space where mental noise quiets and your inner voice becomes easier to hear. You are welcome to bring a notebook or journal for reflections after the practice. About Innie: Innie first fell in love with Yoga because it helped her fall in love with herself: with her body, her heart, and her own truth. Yoga taught her that we can live from the heart, and that became the foundation of everything she now shares. She completed her first certification in Classical Hatha–Vinyasa, followed by a 50-hour Yin Yoga training. She is also a Reiki Master and a Sound Healing Practitioner and Teacher. After completing the Meditation & Yoga Teacher Training at Alchemy, she deepened her understanding of Yoga as a living philosophy, one that felt like coming home, giving language to something she had always sensed within. This is now the ground from which her offerings arise.
