RISE is a weekly ecstatic dance; a space where you can be in your body, be in your expression, and be in community. Each week we begin with a 20 minute warm-up class led by an experienced instructor in related movement modalities. The dance begins at 7:50 PM and closes with a community circle and sacred sound healing music. Dancers explore new movements individually or in community, experiencing ecstatic feelings of happiness from connection.
