RISE is a weekly ecstatic dance; a space where you can be in your body, be in your expression, and be in community. The ecstatic dance will begin at 7:20pm, with a 20 minute opening warm-up class. The end of each session closes with a community circle, giving us the opportunity to acknowledge each other and the journey that we have been through.
