RISE is a weekly ecstatic dance; a space where you can be in your body, be in your expression, and be in community. The ecstatic dance will begin at 7:20pm, with a 20 minute opening warm-up class. The end of each session closes with a community circle, giving us the opportunity to acknowledge each other and the journey that we have been through. Come to groove, come to deepen your practice, come to stretch, come to have a beautiful dance in a space of freedom.
