RISE is a weekly ecstatic dance; a space where you can be in your body, be in your expression, and be in community. Each week begins with a 20 minute opening warm-up class led by an experienced instructor in modalities like yoga, qigong, contact improv, capoeira, kung fu, hiphop and acroyoga. The ecstatic dance begins at 7:20 PM. The session closes with a community circle and sound healing. Children aged 8+ may attend with supervision.
