Yoga with Puppies 🐶 Beginner-friendly yoga + puppy therapy = pure joy! Looking for a way to relax, smile, and move your body — even if you’ve never tried yoga before? Join us for a unique experience that combines gentle yoga and the healing power of animals. What to expect: 40–45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga – guided gently with clear instructions, perfect for all levels (even total beginners!) 15–20 minutes of playtime with adorable puppies – cuddle, connect, and receive puppy love therapy 💛 A chance to meet our fully vaccinated puppies – all looking for a loving home 🏡 Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and meet the puppies 🐾 Family & Kids Children 12+ are welcome to join with adult supervision. This is a calm, healing space — not a playground, so we appreciate your mindfulness. What to bring Comfortable clothes for yoga and playing on the floor Refillable water bottle (drinking water available at the venue) Good to know All puppies are safe, healthy, and up for adoption No prior yoga experience needed — just an open heart Spots are limited, so book in advance to secure yours!
