Active Insight Movement is a holistic movement concept consisting of five interconnected components: warm-up to build awareness, core and back training for spine stabilization and confidence, inner child work for emotional release, team building and trust exercises to strengthen group connection, and ending with massage for relaxation and integration. The session is donation-based. Participants should bring comfortable clothes, paper & pen, and a water bottle, and avoid eating right before the session. The event will take place at Butterfly Berawa in Canggu.
