RISE is a weekly ecstatic dance; a space where you can be in your body, be in your expression, and be in community. We begin with a 20 minute opening warm-up class led by an experienced instructor in various movement modalities. The ecstatic dance begins at 7:20pm and closes with a community circle and sound healing music. Children aged 8 years old may enter at no cost with supervision.
