90° Broad Jump and Advanced Movements Challenge

Challenge consisting of progressive athletic movements: 90° Broad Jump, Half-Kneeling to 90° Broad Jump, Ninja-Tuck to 90° Broad Jump, and Ninja-Tuck to 90° Broad Jump to Sprawl to Flying Knee. Focus on producing force fast, reacting under control, and owning your body in different positions. Encourages practicing movements beyond straight lines for real athleticism. The flying knee is an additional fun element.
