Startup Valuation and Fund Raising

A professional training program to provide knowledge and understanding of startup modeling, fundraising, and valuation in the equity industry. This course covers business planning, fundraising, valuation, investment, due diligence, and negotiation processes from both startup and investor perspectives. Participants will learn to analyze, negotiate term sheets and understand private equity investment processes.
