RISE is a weekly ecstatic dance; a space where you can be in your body, be in your expression, and be in community. Begins with a 20-minute warm-up led by an experienced instructor in related modalities. Ecstatic dance begins at 7:20pm followed by a community circle and sacred sound healing music. Suitable for all ages; children 8+ can enter if supervised.
