Whether you're curious or already practicing, you’ll learn key poses like crow, side crow, flying splits, figure 8, and forearm balance (and no… this is NOT a handstand class) In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll dive into drills to build strength, improve body awareness, and develop trust in your body. Expect a strong, energising practice that will support your journey to lift off. 🧘♀️ About Caro Caro has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for 5 years.
