Many have concerns about building muscle & strength if they eat a predominantly raw vegan diet. This Wednesday, we’ll have a panel of guest speakers who are thriving on a high-raw vegan diet and they will share their experience and answer your questions. We want it to be an interactive experience where people from the audience can also share their own experience.
