Temple of Chakras (Lower Chakras)

Temple of the Chakras is a deeply grounding, guided meditation experience designed to restore balance across the body’s seven primary energy centers. Through breath, sacred chant, and guided visualization, it gently aligns the chakras from root to crown, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to return to a state of coherence and ease. The meditation creates a safe space for tension release and invites attentive presence without pushing energy or fixing. There are two sessions: Lower Chakras focusing on primal instincts and nervous system settling, and Upper Chakras for elevating consciousness and spiritual connection through heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras.
