Sacred Tea Ceremony

A contemplative tea ceremony rooted in Zen simplicity and Buddhist mindfulness. It uses well-aged sheng pu’er, Taiwanese GABA tea, and herbal infusions to harmonize and gently regulate the nervous system through slow, mindful tea preparation and shared silence. The ceremony aims for nervous system regulation, increase in awareness, and embodiment of stillness and clarity. No prior tea or meditation experience is required.
