On Friday, 27 March, Mama San will welcome Flavours of BAN into its kitchen for a one-night collaboration under Nom Nom, a platform created to connect chefs, ideas, and the cultures that shape them. This edition is straightforward in its intent: Bangkok meets Southeast Asian street food. Guests can choose the Feed Me menu or select from a limited à la carte offering.
