Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Journey - Gabriel Mastronardo
This workshop invites you into a slow, grounding practice where shape, breath, and vibration meet. Through long-held Yin postures, the body softens at its own pace, fascia unwinds, subtle layers release, and space begins to open from the inside out. As you settle into each shape, the tones of Himalayan bowls move through the room like waves. Their harmonics travel along the body’s meridian lines, encouraging flow where there is stagnation, clarity where there is holding, and a deep sense of presence within stillness. Rather than effort or stretch, this practice is about listening to gravity supporting you, to sensation speaking quietly, to sound guiding you inward. Together, Yin and sound create a meditative landscape where tension dissolves, the nervous system softens, and the mind becomes spacious. It is a journey of recalibration, subtle healing, and returning to what feels true beneath the noise. No experience needed, just the willingness to slow down and be with yourself.
