A men's circle a safe space is created for men to reconnect to yourself, to your emotions and each other. We practice being as present as possible, moving from our often overactive minds to our bodies, and hold space to share what is happening in your live. If desired, you can ask guidance on how to best navigate their situations. A circle is a safe space where men can be vulnerable and share whatever is on their mind, without having to fear judgment or unwanted advice to connect with themselve & nature, and transforming stuck emotions into clarity & energy.
