FRIDAY Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is an internal experience at The Yoga Barn where attendees can dance freely and let go. The event features a music journey by SOULWAVE (Chopper Lin), blending various genres to create an energetic wave of music, from atmospheric openings to uplifting peaks and heart-centered stillness. The event follows strict etiquette including no children under 12, no talking in studios, no phones, no photography/filming allowed without permission, no alcohol or substances, dress code respect, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. The event is held in two studios upstairs and downstairs with capacity limits and requires tickets either presale or walk-in.
