I invite you to nail therapy with me! Sessions are available in mini-groups or individually. You come to me for practice if you want to: 👉🏼Free yourself from resentments, anxiety, fears about the future, and a restless flow of thoughts! 👉🏼Get answers from your subconscious to any of your requests 👉🏼Tune in to your body and listen to it better 👉🏼Experience blocked emotions. My therapy includes: • Defining the request • Preparing for practice with deep breathing exercises • Concluding the therapy with meditation to direct this energy into a new version of yourself! After the practice, you will leave with a sense of lightness and clarity of mind.
