Pilates

With adverse weather conditions this is the game plan: if events are cancelled due to the rain we will communicate in this app group. If the pilates tomorrow is cancelled, it will be moved to Power + Revive later that morning at 11am (obviously then you won't be punished if you RSVP'ed for 8am but can't make 11am). Sunday's run will only be cancelled with dangerous weather (you will get wet in the recovery anyway!) and same for Monday's breathwork as it is under the roof! Keep you posted and enjoy the weekend 💚
